Hello! I’m very sadly moving out of my lovely house in Clapton and am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy

Double room available from 28/10/2026 on a rolling contract

Rent is £920 per month plus bills

Bills come to around £100 a month. Deposit: £850

The room is a good size - located on the first floor of the house facing the garden with lovely high ceilings and natural light.

Semi furnished - the room has a double bed and a great inbuilt wardrobe so I haven’t had to get anything other then a desk during my time here :)

🏡 HOUSE STUFF

The house is in a peaceful part of Clapton neighbourhood just off Chatsworth road (excellent cafes, shops, restaurants etc) right next to the lovely Millfields park. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and a great garden (for alfresco summer vibes). Closest stations are Homerton, Clapton and Hackney Central/Downs. Super well connected for busses too if that’s your fancy!


🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 WHO YOU’LL BE MOVING IN WITH

It’s a friendly and busy (but chill) house, that are hoping to find a lovely person who is easy to get along with! Kitty and Lucy knew each other before moving in together & Rosie and Georgia have been lovely additions to the house since January. We like to have a chat and hang but also are respectful of each others solo time.

Lucy (32) is in the events industry + actor/director who enjoys having a boogie to obscure DJS, writing film scripts, and drinking 100 cups of tea.

Georgia (28) works in data science and enjoys anything outdoors! She’s a big fan of the cinema & any form or racket sports

Kitty (28) is a film trailer editor, enjoys anything crafty, music festivals, travelling and freezer purges

Rosie (26) works in Tech PR, enjoys anything outdoors (cycling, running, skiing). Ready, willing and able to share her Nespresso machine with housemates old and new
