3 bed, 2 bath in Lower Clapton, looking for our third! 💌

Hello! We’re looking for someone to move into a gorgeous three-bed, two-bath flat with Grace and I, with the move-in date being 1st October.

The flat is right by the canal, just north of Millfields Park, with Chatsworth Road on the doorstep and Hackney Central, Victoria Park and London Fields all within walking distance. We also have a video of the room we can send over to anyone interested! 👀

But most importantly… a little bit about us and the vibe we’re looking for:

You’ll be living with Grace, a trendy gal working in sales who absolutely does not shy away from a good margarita (or two 🍸), and me, a creative working in the digital space. I’m Northern Irish, so expect plenty of sarcasm and banter 😂

We’re both very bubbly, outgoing and sociable, and love having a laugh. We’re definitely looking for more of a fun, sociable house rather than a “three people who happen to share a kitchen” situation. We both have our own lives and totally respect everyone’s space, but would love someone who’s up for a chat in the kitchen, a spontaneous drink, Sunday plans, house dinners, or just having a laugh after work.

We’re very much a girly-girl vibe, but equally, we’re open to guys too. The main thing is finding someone who’s friendly, clean, respectful, easygoing and sociable, and who wants the flat to feel like a fun, warm and welcoming home.
