We're looking for someone to fill a room in our lovely flat in Lower Clapton available from 20th October.
Location:
We're in Lower Clapton (E5) - between Hackney Central, Hackney Downs and Clapton overground stations. Also close to lots of buses that take you to Dalston, Stoke Newington and central.
Flatmates:
You'll be living with two girls; Ellie and Kaitlin (late 20s/ early 30s).
We keep a chilled and tidy space, we're not an afters flat but love a yard sale movie eve🍕🎬
You:
We're looking for another flatmate around the same age who's sociable, clean and respectful. We'd love to find someone who is also keen to call this place home.
The house/room:
The flat is on the third floor. The room is north/west facing with good natural light. It comes unfurnished (apart from the bed and a clothing rail if needed).
Rent is £723 with bills coming to ~£100 a month on top of rent. Deposit is £572.
