Beautiful room in Lower Clapton home + garden

A lovely double room is becoming available in our cosy two-bedroom home in the heart of Lower Clapton.

The house is tucked just off Chatsworth Road on Glenarm Road, surrounded by some of the best little cafés, bars, restaurants and independent shops in the area.

Hackney Marshes and the canal are right on the doorstep, with loads of beautiful green space nearby, so it feels wonderfully peaceful despite being so well connected to the rest of London.

The house itself is warm and homely with a large garden that is particularly lovely in the warmer months. There’s a good-sized kitchen with a gas hob, one small but very sweet bathroom, and plenty of shared living space.

You’d be living with Max, who is genuinely one of the kindest, most chilled and interesting humans you could hope to share a home with. He’s a writer, forager and festival-runner, and is very easygoing, considerate and sociable without being intrusive.

And then there’s Bodhi, his lovely dog, who is an absolute sweetheart and an added bonus if you’re a dog person.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, clean and respectful, and who wants a home rather than simply somewhere to sleep.

Someone who enjoys the occasional shared meal, cup of tea or glass of wine but equally values having their own space.

It’s a really special little pocket of London and a lovely home to come back to.
