Cosy 1 bed garden flat off Chatsworth Road, availa

I'm away over the festive period and looking for someone to look after my flat from Thursday 26 November to Wednesday 6 January. I can be a bit flexible on dates either side, so get in touch if yours are slightly different.

The flat

- A bright living room with a big sofa, a TV, a record player and a corner dining table with bench seating
- Glass doors that open straight onto the private garden
- A double bedroom looking out over the garden
- A kitchen with a gas hob, oven, microwave and washing machine
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail
- Plenty of space to hang coats and store shoes in the hallway

The garden
The best part of the flat: a large private garden with raised beds, a pergola, a picnic bench and a barbecue. Lovely for a winter coffee in the sun, and a rare thing to have in this part of London.

The area
You're just off Chatsworth Road, with independent cafes, bakeries and a market at the weekend. Hackney Central is a short walk away, along with plenty of parks, including Millfields and Hackney Marshes. Homerton and Hackney Central stations are both nearby, and lots of buses stop close by.

Price
£1,600 per month (about £370 per week), bills and wifi included. I'd prefer someone who can take the whole period, but I'm happy to talk about other dates.

One small ask
I have quite a few houseplants, so I'd just ask you to water them while you're here.
