The flat comes furnished, with the room coming with a double bed, two chests of drawers, a built-in desk and built-in wardrobes as well as tv. Seriously, so much space! Couch can be sold to you or we can get rid of it for you.

You’d be living with Oscar and Sam, two brothers from Melbourne! They are both incredibly lovely and kind and an absolute delight to live with. They love collecting vinyls and playing music, going to see their friends and tucking a decent chicken shop in their spare time. They are both vinyl djs so will be suited to flatmates who don’t mind music in the house, but please note this is not a party house, nor will they play music late etc. Both are full time working professionals with WFH set ups in their bedrooms. They are both sociable and up for a great chat but equally enjoy doing their own thing and respectful of space and downtime.

We are looking for a couple or individual that is tidy, respectful and enjoys the north east London things in life, who is open for a chat and being friends with their housemates, and also have their own things going on. 🍻🎯🗺️

The room is £1640 per month (£820pp for a couple), with bills coming in at around £120 per month, or about £90 a month pp as a couple. You would be required to pay 1 months rent as a deposit as well. 💵
