Two rooms available in a Victorian three-story house with a good size garden with patio.

All the roooms have wooden floors, are furnished and have a double bed with Tempur mattress.

The house features two bathrooms with a large free-standing bathtub and a separate shower. There is also a second toilet on the third floor.
Large kitchen with many amenities including dish washer. There’s a dining area and a separate living room, too.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The house is located walking distance from Chatsworth road with all the bars and restaurants.

Resident in the house is also a dog, Zuko. Due to the character and breed of Zuko , cats are not suitable at the moment and dogs need to be reviewed.
The house is not suitable for people with allergies to pets.

The rent includes all bills, high-speed internet, council tax.

No smoking in the house and it's fine to smoke in the rear garden....
