It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking near by if you have a car. If you don't have a car the transport links are fantastic.

Edmonton Green Station is less than a 5 minute walk from the flat, straight in to Central London in less than 30mins.

There are a number of buses available down the next street from the house and also at Edmonton Green Bus Station. 5min walk

Within the local area there are many News Agents/Shops near by, one is open until past 12am. There is also a retail complex which has a large Asda, Argos, Market, Stores, Library, Post Office, Banks And The Gym. All within 5mins of the flat.

Plenty of green space outside the flat and nearby with Pymmes Park a 2 minute walk from the flat.

DOUBLE BEDROOM
The room is furnished with a Double Bed, Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers & a Bedside Lamp. You will share the bathroom with only one other tenant.

The room is bright with natural sunlight all throughout the day & if you are a late riser and don't want to be disturbed by the light, there are also black out blinds. I have installed locks on all living spaces to maintain privacy. I just ask that you keep the place as clean and tidy as possible.

As well as your room you'll have access to, Communal Dining room & Kitchen. I have included Cutlery, Pots, Pans, Plates, Cups & Glasses. Pretty much everything you'll need.. READY TO MOVE IN!!

Ideally, I'm looking for someone to stay at least 6 months. Someone who will enjoy the property and who will respect and look after the flat as if it were their own home.
