Double Bedroom with Private Balcony

Hey!

We’re looking for a chilled, easygoing professional to join our home. The room up for grabs is a spacious double with its own private balcony, plus a bathroom shared with just one other person.

We’ve also got a super friendly dog, so you’ll need to be cool with pets she’s part of the household 🐶

Location is spot on we’re just a 2 minute walk from Lower Sydenham station and around 15 minutes by train to London Bridge, making central London super easy to get to. Shops and all the essentials are right nearby too M&S, Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Aldi etc

The house has a really nice, calm vibe. We’ve all got our own routines and social lives, so it’s friendly and relaxed but not in your face. Not a party house more a peaceful, comfortable space to come back to. We’re big on good energy, mutual respect, and keeping things drama free.
