I’m looking for a single professional female to share my lovely home in Lower Sydenham. I’m hoping to find someone who appreciates having a comfortable, spacious and peaceful place to call home, rather than simply renting a room.

The room itself is a beautiful, generous-sized king bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate office space, which doubles up as a gym — perfect if you work from home or enjoy keeping fit.

You’ll also have access to a fantastic large open-plan kitchen, complete with fully integrated Miele appliances, as well as a lovely lounge with a large 86-inch TV and Sky. The bedroom also has an LG TV, Sky access and a water filter.

One of my favourite features of the home is the large outdoor balcony, which has several different areas to sit, relax and entertain — a great space to enjoy a coffee, unwind after work or have friends over.

The house is just 5 minutes from Lower Sydenham, with easy access into the City, making it really convenient for commuting while still offering a lovely place to come home to.

You’d be sharing with one single professional, so it’s a relaxed and friendly home rather than a busy house share. I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate and respectful of the space, and who enjoys a comfortable home environment.

The home is pet-free, as I have an allergy to pet hair, so unfortunately pets wouldn’t be suitable.
