Double with Private Bathroom in Lower Sydenham

Short-term room available in a Lower Sydenham house with a private bathroom. The house is 5mins walk to Lower Sydenham station with easy access to central London (18mins to London Bridge). I'm flexible on how long short-term could be (anything from 2-6 months with potential to extend), so if you're interested, let me know what time period you're after - and I look forward to hearing from you! :)

All bills are included in the rent and the room is furnished.

Current housemates:
We are a family of 2 adults and a child. I work from home, but the rest of the time we are rarely there due to work and other commitments. We are partly away for the next few months, so most of the time you'll have the place to yourself.

Looking for: someone who is easy going, friendly and considerate of others in the home. Someone happy to be a bit independent if other housemates are out of the house but equally happy to hang out once in a while with a cup of tea and chats.

Location:
We are a 10mins walk from a huge Sainsbury's (and B&Q, Next, Currys, Aldi, an aerial circus school) and a 15 mins walk to Beckenham Place Park.
