Our beautiful, large family house has a room to rent with a single bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside table. It has a lovely view as my house backs straight onto the canal with the park on the other side. There is a shower room with a toilet right next to the bedroom. I live in the house with my 14 year old daughter and 2 cats. We have a small terrace outside the back of the house, looking straight onto the water, and a roof terrace at the top. We have an eat-in, lovely big kitchen.
We will respect your privacy and would expect you to respect ours, but lodgers in the past have sometimes eaten with us and hung out.
