Hello! A cosy double room will be available from September 21st in our bright and welcoming flat share.

About the flatmates:
You would be sharing the flat with Ollie (24), and Juan (35). Ollie is a professional opera singer who loves thrifting, spending time with friends, and a nice night-in binging Traitors. Juan is an actor and stunt trainee, who enjoys scuba diving, coffee, watching films and spending time with his live-out partner. We love for everyone to feel at home in this cozy and plant-filled flat!

Monthly rent is £865. The bills are roughly at around £100 per calender month, this includes, water, internet, electricity, gas and council tax (band C). Please note the pictures of the room include our current flatmates' furnishings. The room comes with a wardrobe, a dresser and a bed. You may purchase the bed from the current flatmate. The wardrobe and dresser are Juan's as well as the majority of the furniture in the flat.

The ideal flatmate would be in their late 20s-30s, LGBTQ+ friendly, tidy and kind, mindful with noise and others.

We are currently seeking a new flatmate to take over a spot in our shared household. Please note that this is a joint tenancy agreement for the entire flat, rather than a single-room rental.
