ABOUT THE ROOM
The bedroom comes with a great size en-suite bathroom, featuring a rainfall shower. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe with mirror, desk, desk side shelf, wall mounted shelves and blackout curtains. Faces a quiet road.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
The open plan kitchen is shared with 4 housemates and has an individual fridge/freezer and kitchen cupboard for every bedroom. Equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine/dryer, and iron. It has a sofa and comes out onto a sunny furnished patio garden.

A cleaner does the shared areas of the house once a week, which is included in the rent as well as stock of bin bags and dish washing liquid. All bills and council tax included.

ABOUT THE HOUSEMATES
Four housemates in their 20s and early 30s work in data science, NHS, customer success and tech. They create a friendly, peaceful atmosphere at home.

- Walking distance to Notting Hill (10-15min) and Portobello Market, Kensington, Maida Vale and Paddington Recreational Park.

- Queen's park for M&S food, brunch hot spots, pubs, restaurants and boutique stores.
- Harrow Road for quick grocery convenience, fresh fruit and veg and take away food.
