Sunny flat with 2 bonker pets

Hi!

I'm renting a room in the flat I live in with my dog and my cat. They're both ~4 years old, and they are very affectionate. The main requisit is to enjoy pets company.

I work in the NHS (part of the week from home). The flat has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and an entrance kind of hall.

There is a semi-balcony with plants the cat loves going into, to meow at the passbyers like if she was in great need of salvation.

AREA: It's quite residential but with some good independently owned shops and pubs. Paddington Recreational Ground is great for sunset picnics and watching cricket. There is a running club there, a calisthenics group, tennis courts, table tennis and lots of other activities. We have a couple of swimming pools nearby too. The cannal is 10min walk away, and Little Venice about 15min. Ladbroke Grove (North side of Notting Hill) is also <20 min walk. This is a lovely spot in town!

SHOPS: We have a local Sainsbury's just 3min walk away, and a couple of independently owned groceries stores - one of which opens 24/7. There are Iceland and Co-op about 13min walk, Waitrose 10min by bus (not ideal...), and same for a larger Sainsbury's (Kilburn High St). I get some groceries delivered, as it is easier for me.

TRANSPORT: We are 13 min walk from Westbourne Park (Circle & Hammersmith&City lines), 13 min walk from Maida Vale (Bakerloo line), and ~20min walk from Paddington (Elizabeth and District lines, and the inner loop of Circle line). There are also good buses to Paddington, Victoria Stn, Notting Hill Gate, Marble Arch, Euston Stn, and Shepherd's Bush...
