Spacious double room in Queen’s Park with terrace

A spacious double room is available in a lovely two-bedroom flat in Queen’s Park from 1st November as I’m moving in with my partner

The flat is just a 10-minute walk from Queen’s Park station, with both Underground (Bakerloo line) and Overground services. There are also plenty of cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops nearby in Queen’s Park, while Maida Vale is around a 15-minute walk away

The flat itself is spacious and homely with a great roof terrace! Bills are approximately £120 per person per month

You’d be sharing with Maria, a 29-year-old professional working in consulting. Outside of work, she is pretty active and spends a lot of time at the gym – a mix of boxing, pilates and weights; and loves cooking and meal prepping during the week. Also very into travelling, trying new restaurants with friends and generally getting out and about at the weekends. Maria enjoys a good glass of wine or a margarita, but equally really values having a relaxed and comfortable home to come back to.

We’re ideally looking for another female professional aged around 27–33 who is clean, considerate and respectful, and works either out of the home or hybrid. It would be great to live with someone friendly and sociable who’s happy to have a chat or share a glass of wine, but equally has their own bits going on in life.

Home is very much a comfortable space, so we tend to keep the parties and big nights outside of the flat. As it’s only a two-bed, it’s important that we’re both respectful of each other’s space and can enjoy having a calm home to come back to.
