Hi there, we have two furnished double rooms available for 3 months each and are looking for people who will like the company of our two beautiful British Shorthair cats, Teddy and Tilly.

The first room is furnished and available from 1 October 2025 to 1 January 2027 and is £1,195 including bills. The second is very large, also furnished, and available from 1 November 2026 to 6 February 2027. It is £1,450 per month, including bills. No deposit required.

The flat is a beautiful, bright, third floor apartment. It has been renovated recently and is stylish and spacious with a big lounge, homely kitchen and dining area, and comfortable bedrooms.
You can't beat the location - on Castellain Road, just off Elgin Avenue, and only five minutes walk to Warwick Avenue and Maida Vale underground stations (both on the Bakerloo line).

With St John's Wood and Hampstead to the north and Notting Hill and Kensington to the south, Maida Vale is a highly desirable place to be located. It is a beautiful area with a village-like atmosphere. Its residential charm is made up of tree-lined streets, impressive stucco villas, and easy access to green spaces such as Regent's Park.

This apartment has three bedrooms and is shared with a friendly professional Irishman named Peter. We're all friendly, outgoing, considerate, and tidy.

We like a relaxed atmosphere at home and enjoy food, wine, meeting new people, travelling, keeping fit, the outdoors, and the performing arts.

An ideal flatmate would be someone who likes cats, is new to London, or between flats, and has similar interests and experiences.
