This well-located, charming, one bedroom, spacious flat in the heart of Maida Vale is up for rent. I am leaving the country by end February but I can move my things out even before that if you want to move in earlier. The flat has a good sized balcony, perfect for plants and has cat-safe netting. The council tax i pay is GBP 95 pcm (Westminster). Viewings on 17th January only. I will do 30 minutes slots. The rent is fixed as I am on a 3 year contract with break clause in November 2026. The agreement would be with the landlord and lettings agent subject to reference checks on their end. The landlord prefers someone in a permanent position / can afford the monthly rent.
