A spacious and bright double room with plenty of storage available in a lovely Victorian flat in Queen’s Park. I’m moving out to live with my best friend after 3 happy years here, and I’m looking for someone who will enjoy the flat and neighbourhood as much as I did.

The flat is located just a 5-minute walk from Queen’s Park station, with access to the Bakerloo Line and Lioness Overground, making it only around 10 minutes into central London. Brondesbury Park station (Mildmay Line) is also within walking distance.

The flat itself is in a beautiful Victorian building with a large living room and spacious bedrooms. You would only be sharing with one other flatmate.

Current flatmate:
She is very easy to live with, values peace, calm and a clean home environment. She works in retail, so due to shift patterns we were rarely home at the same time. She enjoys yoga, travelling, stand-up comedy and living a healthy lifestyle.

Queen’s Park is a wonderful neighbourhood with a beautiful park only 5 minutes away, plus plenty of lovely cafés, shops and local amenities nearby.

The landlord is very helpful, responsive and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of the tenants.

Rent:
• £900 per month (excluding bills)
• Bills are approximately £150 per person

Move-in date:
Available from 1st June, with some flexibility around the date.
