Double bedroom flat in Maida Vale

Hi! I’m looking for a tenant to join the lease on a 2 bed flat in Maida Vale.

Room is available from July (though can be flexible). Rent is £1000 per month, with bills not included. These are paid separately and currently are around £200 per month. This includes all utilities, wifi and council tax.

The flat itself is a 2 bedroom, one bathroom flat located on the top floor of the building (unfortunately there is no lift). The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers, and has an inbuilt wardrobe and shelving. The rest of the flat is spacious, with separate living room and kitchen. Bathroom is shared.

Great location - 10 mins walk away from Maida Vale/ Warwick Avenue one way and 10 mins walk from Westbourne Park in the other direction. Close to a high street with supermarkets and lots of pubs in the area.

You would be living with myself, a 34 year old professional female - I’ve lived in the flat for a number of years and love the area.

Please note all tenants would have to meet the live out landlord, before co-signing a lease and would be subject to all usual tenant checks (eg right to rent, employment reference, confirmation of earnings)
