Room available in West London from 1 July! ✨

I am looking for someone lovely to take over my double bedroom as I’m moving out of our gorgeous flat.🩷
You’d be living with 2 other friendly girls in their mid-late 20s who are both professionals. It’s a really calm, safe and girly home — we’re sociable and enjoy spending time together, but also really respectful of each other’s space and downtime after work.

The location is amazing — super close to Notting Hill, Maida Vale & St John’s Wood, with Hyde Park and lots of other green spaces nearby (inc. Paddington Recreation being a stones throw away).🌳

Transport links are great too — the flat is between Westbourne Park and Maida Vale stations, so you’ve got easy access to the Hammersmith & City and Bakerloo lines, plus loads of great bus routes into central. 📍

The room is £933 PCM excluding bills, and bills are usually around £100 per month each. We also have a cleaner who comes every other week (£10 pp per visit).

We’re ideally looking for a girl aged around 25–30 who’s friendly, tidy and working in a professional role.✨
