I’m subletting my large, bright bedroom from 13 July. The room comes with a king‑size bed and a big, comfy sofa, so there’s plenty of space to relax. Please note that the filming lights, fan, dumbbells, monitor and suitcase shown in the photo will be removed before you move in – you’ll have a clean, uncluttered space all to yourself.

- Available for one month only (perfect for a summer stay from 13 July to 23 August) or long term if you’re looking for something more permanent.

- Share a well‑equipped kitchen, and bathroom with friendly flatmates. We also have a storage room with extra space!
- Super convenient London location with good transport links, close to local shops, cafés and parks. It's a very safe area, there is a really nice park with gym 5 minutes away, 2 stations (Warwick Avenue and Maida Vale) 10 min away. There is a bus (n 6) literally by the building door which takes you to Marble Arch/Oxford street.
