My flatmate and I work long hours and late into the evening. So we are looking for someone who is sociable but not a party animal. Because we work odd hours from home, we prefer a quiter environment at home. Someone who is clean and considerate of shared spaces. We have a cleaning rota so everyone contributes to keep the flat clean.

We have no overnight guests rule (including friends or romantic partners). As this is a small three-person flat with one shared bathroom, this is to ensure a quiet, uncrowded, and fair living environment for everyone.

Please note: the agency has asked for a rent increase by £50 per room from October 2026. We are in the process of negotiating but would like you to keep that in consideration.
