[Lease takeover] Maida Vale 3- Bed 2 bath

I’m looking for a dog friendly female flatmate to take over a lease starting at the end of September. I’m staying on and keeping the lease, so you would be signing on as an official tenant. I have a friendly 8-year-old Bedlington Terrier (zero pet care required). I'm looking for someone who is happy to share responsibility of keeping common spaces clean, is a good communicator, dog friendly and independent.

Setup
The flat is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit. You will have an unfurnished double bedroom, a large bathroom, and an office space (the spare bedroom). The spare bedroom has a guest bed for our overnight visitors.
Location
Maida Vale mansion block, right across from Paddington Recreation Ground (10-minute walk to Maida Vale station). It includes access to a beautiful, shared private garden.
