I’m sadly leaving my big, spacious room because I’ve just bought a property. Otherwise, I definitely wouldn’t be leaving!

The room is bright and spacious, and comes with three double wardrobes, so it’s perfect if you have lots of clothes.

There’s also a private balcony, which is great for getting some fresh air.

The flat has two bathrooms, so you’ll only be sharing with one other person.

The kitchen comes fully furnished, and we also have a porter and weekday reception.

The flatmates are all super friendly, respectful, and easy to live with. I’ve really enjoyed living with them.

Rent: £1,461.67 per month (bills included).

The letting agent has been fantastic. I’ve rented in the UK for six years, and this has been the best renting experience I’ve had. They’re always quick to respond and fix any issues promptly.

* Long-term: Available from 15 August
* Short let: 15 August – 14 September (1 month)
