Your Room: Bright, spacious, plenty of storage, and already furnished.

The Flat: Spread across two floors, giving everyone plenty of breathing room.

Living Area: A large, cosy living room perfect for winding down after work.

Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms shared among three people (strictly zero morning queues).

Perks: We get a professional cleaner every two weeks to keep the place clean.

Commute: Literally less than a 1-minute walk to Maida Vale Station (Bakerloo line).

Area: Safe, quiet, leafy, and convenient with local pubs, cafes, and shops on your doorstep.

House Vibe & Flatmates: You will be living with two 28-year-old Irish professionals who have known each other for years. They are social, respectful, and drama-free.

Weekdays: Pretty chill. Neither of us WFH. Evenings consist of gym, cooking, some TV.

Weekends: Relaxed daytime vibes, watching matches, or heading out to the local pub or dinner.

The Atmosphere: Social but independent. This is a relaxed, tidy sanctuary—not a party house.
