Room Available in Maida Vale flat

Hi I’m Will

My current flatmate is relocating to New Zealand so looking for someone new to move in. There is a larger room (1150 pcm) and a smaller room (950 pcm) and I don’t mind being in either. The flats super well located and has great transport links. I work in Finance and am in the office or meeting clients 5 days a week so looking for someone that doesn’t work from home full time. I’m pretty chilled but like to keep a clean and tidy house. Outside of work I train most evenings and am out socialising most weekends. As such, looking for someone who has their own stuff going on but is keen for the odd pint. Let me know any questions.
