The flat gets incredible light throughout the day thanks to windows front and back. The kitchen is compact but perfectly functional, and your room comes with a private, newly renovated bathroom — no sharing.

A little about me: I live a full, sociable life — I love hosting the occasional dinner (think good wine and good conversation, not chaos), but this is not a party house. It's an oasis, and I'd like to keep it that way. I'm into art, culture, and design, and I'd love to find someone with similar interests who I can be properly friendly with — someone to swap recommendations and the odd glass of wine with — while still respecting each other's space and independence.

Looking for a clean, easygoing female flatmate who wants a calm, beautiful home base in a brilliant part of London. Must we working from the office at least 3 days a week, as I work from home 4 days a week.
