Double room in Maida Vale – short-term let

Large double room with plenty of storage in a charming, relaxed and quiet first-floor flat in Maida Vale, with access to shared garden and park down the road.

This is a short-term let as I’m moving out before the end of my contract. The room is available until 3 January.

The flat is a short walk through the park to Maida Vale station (Bakerloo line), just two stops from Paddington. Paddington is also around a 5-minute Lime bike ride away.

Little Venice is right on the doorstep, with some great pubs, cafés and restaurants around the neighbourhood, while the flat itself is tucked away and very peaceful.

The room is spacious and quiet, with a double bed, lots of storage and plenty of natural light throughout the day.

The current flatmate is lovely — very welcoming, clean and considerate. She’s friendly and chatty and would ideally like someone she gets along with, while still being very independent and happy to do her own thing.
