I’m looking for two new flatmates to join me in a bright, spacious flat in Maida Vale.

It’s on the fourth floor with a generous living and kitchen area to relax and cook in.

We’re on a quiet street, just a short walk from Warwick Avenue and Maida Vale stations, with plenty of great shops nearby and Paddington Recreation Ground right on the doorstep for some fresh air or a run.

Looking for two working professionals — whether you’re hybrid or in the office full-time, either works well.

A bit about me: I’m a 31-year-old Aussie, now in my third year living in London. I like staying active, watching sports, cooking, and the odd movie or thriller series on the couch. I’m usually in the office 2 days a week and home the rest (when I’m not travelling). I’d love flatmates who are up for the occasional hangout, but who also appreciate their own quiet time — a nice mix of sociable and easy-going!
