A lovely room is available in my home in the heart of Maida Vale, literally right outside Maida Vale Underground Station (Bakerloo Line).

The location is incredibly convenient for getting around London, with direct access to Oxford Circus, Baker Street, and other central London destinations, making it ideal for students or young professionals who want to be well connected while still living in a peaceful residential neighbourhood.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me – I’m a friendly UCL student and the live-in landlord. I’m easy-going, clean and respectful, and I’m looking for someone who will feel comfortable making the place their home too.

The room and flat have been newly redecorated and refurbished, with new furnishings and double glazing, making the flat warm and comfortable throughout the winter.

Maida Vale has a lovely village-like feel, with leafy residential streets and plenty of local amenities, while being extremely well connected to the rest of London.

The flat is therefore a great option for someone who wants the convenience of Central London without feeling like they’re living in the middle of a busy tourist area.
