Our lovely Flatmate is going to move out and we are looking for someone to move into her room.
The available double room is in a 3 bedroom flat within a lovely mansion block.
Large light kitchen and large shared living room.
The flat has lots of built in storage and also has access to a large communal garden.
🛁 Bathroom will be shared with me.

📍 The flat is situated in Maida Vale, only a few minutes away from 🚇 Maida Vale Tube station and close to Paddington recreational ground. Walking distance to Notting Hill, Little Venice and St John's Woods.

About us:
We are two French professionals looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy who we can get along with but at the same time be respectful of each
other’s space.
We love our neighborhood and have been living in Maida Vale for a few years now.

💵 Bills are not included in the rent and are currently around £160, including the Band G Council Tax.

This shared flat is not suitable for students and isn’t fit for pet owners.
