A cosy, fully furnished double room is available in a clean and well-maintained 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Maida Vale, available from 1st November 2026 (date may be flexible/change slightly).

The room also benefits from its own small balcony area, accessed directly through the bedroom window. It’s a metal-framed external balcony, it can be used as a private outdoor space — perfect for getting some fresh air, enjoying a morning coffee, or keeping a few plants.

Before arranging an in-person viewing, we would like to have a short FaceTime introduction to make sure the arrangement feels suitable for everyone and to respect everyone’s time.

We value open communication, privacy, cleanliness and mutual consideration, and we’re looking for someone who naturally shares these values.

The flat is currently shared by one male and one female, both in their 30s. We enjoy travelling, working out and socialising, but also appreciate having a peaceful and comfortable home. We’re looking for a mature, considerate and tidy person who treats the shared spaces with care.

* Council tax, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi and fortnightly cleaner: included within the monthly utility contribution
* Water: TBC. The water bill is paid annually every April. The incoming tenant would reimburse their share for the period they occupy the room, including any outstanding amount due when the current tenant leaves.
