No pets please and no smokers. It is a quiet household. There is no living room but the kitchen has a dining table and chairs and there is a large bathroom, plus an extra toilet and sink in a separate room plus an extra shower room. So in effect there are two bathrooms.

It's in a small, quiet street, away from the main road. The neighbourhood is leafy, quiet and clean. There is a cinema, supermarkets, sports centres, bars, restaurants and parks nearby.

There is street parking, Queens Park, Warwick Avenue, Royal Oak, Westbourne Park and Maida Vale Tube stations are nearby and there are excellent local bus routes.

One month's deposit and one month's advance rent and employer's and landlord references, bank statements and photo ID are required.

The rent includes all bills including broadband.
