Our mansion block

We’re a flat of 2 friendly girls looking for another girl (aged 28+) to join us, with a move-in date of 7th September.

FLAT:
- Close to: a gym, park, tennis club, athletics track
- 3 x double bedrooms, 1 x eat-in kitchen, 2 x bathrooms, 1 x large living room
- The room available has a double bed, double wardrobe and drawers
- we keep our socialising outside the flat so that the space stays comfortable for everyone (that means no boyfriends coming/staying over and we also prefer minimal friends coming/staying over).
- Weekly cleaning rota for communal areas
- There's shared responsibility for the bills so please be willing to take charge of one of them

RENT:
- £800 per month
- Additional bills are on average £150 per month - but slightly higher in winter.

YOU:
- Between the ages of 28-39
- Not someone who works majority remote (we work 4-5 days in the office)
- In full-time employment
- Tidy and willing to be part of a cleaning rota

US:
- 2 professional females whose interests include eating out / yoga / travelling
