Double room - Manor House

Hi, i'm Toan, a live-in landlord. I am looking for a lodger for a room in my flat, in Manor House. A short 2 month stay.

It would suit a working professional who is very tidy, clean, is considerate and enjoys the quiet life - no parties here.

The room is furnished:

- A quality sofa bed - king size, with excellent mattress.
- A desk, chair, drawers, lamp and full size wardrobe is provided.

This room has your own balcony. Storage space is very limited so it's better for someone with few personal belongings as the room is fully furnished. Unfortunately, there is no space for additional storage of furniture that does not fit in the bedroom.

Perks:
Gym, co-working space, pool, bike storage. Nature, nature, you will be surrounded by nature!

Bills not included:
Electricity, Heating. Water

Bills included:
Council Tax, Broadband.

A cleaner comes approx every 2 weeks, £50 per month approx each.

About me:
I work from home 3 days per week and am office based 2 days. I am very tidy and like to have a clean home to relax in but I am particularly considerate and respect that we share a common space. There's no pressure to socialise as I am a quiet person and do value my time alone, but I also like chatting with my flatmate and going for a Sunday morning coffee/brunch! I'd prefer someone who mostly works in the office. I am looking for a responsible person who will take care of the room and flat.

Location:
The flat is located next to Wetlands, Castle Climbing Centre, local Sainsburys, and Manor House underground station all within 10 minutes walk.

Finsbury Park and Clissold Park are a short walking distance.
