The spare room is spacious and bright. The location couldn't be more convenient, as it's less than a minute's walk to the Manor House tube station so you'll have easy access to all the great things London has to offer, including shops, cafes, restaurants, and more.

I'm 35, work in IT and also have a passion for music production and DJing. Laura (40) is a waitress at Annabells in mayfair.

Furball Leo (5) is an absolute sweetheart and loves nothing more than a good cuddle (sometimes). He'll keep you company whenever you need a little bit of extra love.

We like to keep it clean and tidy. So, we're looking for someone who is clean and likes to live in a clean house too. We think it's important to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone who lives here.

We're also hoping to find a social roommate who doesn't mind a musical household.

Rent is 933 + bills £200 so 1.133 in total. The move in date is August 5th, however we would like to get someone confirmed before so that everything is ready to go.
