Cozy room in Manor house

Hello please read the add carefully before messaging. I'm looking for a girl to share this 2 bedroom flat with me.
So only 2 peoples living here including yourself
The house is in a great location, 5 minutes walk to Manor house and Haringey green lane station. It's right opposite a huge park and also 5 minutes away from the shopping center and plenty of restaurants.
The room is furnished with a double bed, 1 full size wardrobe ( not the one in the picture) and a bedside table.
The house has a very big lounge and two gardens.
The rent is 650 per month + bills

The room is available from 31 of August, contract is for 6 month with possibility to extend to long term, and one month notice if you need to leave at any time. the moving in dates are flexible.
I work full time in a restaurant as a pastry chef and I'm seeking someone that works full time outside the house too.
PS: no WFH or students as it affects the bills drastically
