The room is a good-sized double fully furnished with plenty of storage. The flat is on the ground floor and has a lovely private garden. There’s an open-plan kitchen/living area and a shared bathroom.

just a 5-minute walk to Haringey Green Lanes Station
15 minutes to Haringey Rail and Manor House Station (Zone 2/3 on the Piccadilly Line).
Finsbury Park station 5 minutes a on the bus.

Alice the flat owner is going away travelling for a few months so looking to sublet room.

I work from home most of the week, so I’d ideally suit someone who’s usually out at the office during the day (though the odd WFH day is absolutely fine). I’m pretty relaxed and easy-going, but I like home to be a place to unwind and switch off rather than a party flat.

It’d be great to live with someone who enjoys a friendly, relaxed setup — having a chat, drinking tea (or wine), and the occasional Deliveroo!

A bit about me (Becky): I’m a keen surfer and currently learning to freedive. I like working out after work and then coming home to crash out with a good film or series.
