7 minutes walking to Manor house tube station, 5 mins to Green lanes overground and night buses. Plenty of shops in the area. Supermarkets 2 minutes walking from the house.

You’ll only be sharing with me , I’ve been living in this flat for almost 11 years. Very friendly neighbours and lots of cats coming around.

Bills aprox 200 pounds per month per person. A little bit less in the summer.
