I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room from the beginning of March —it’s a very spacious double with its own private ensuite bathroom in a clean, friendly two-bed flat near Manor House.

You’ll be sharing with me, a 33-year-old male, working in the city that is clean and very chill. I’m looking for someone who brings good energy and takes pride in their home.

- First-floor, carpeted throughout
- Spacious shared lounge + fully equipped kitchen
- Fast Wi-Fi, bills & council tax split evenly (around £150/month)
- Parking space available (currently unused)
