• Furnishings: Fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, nightstand, wardrobe, and desk.
• Rent: £800
• Lease: 12 months starting 24th April (flexible for the right person).

• Apartment: Modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
• Living Area: Open-plan kitchen/living room leading to a sunny balcony with incredible sunset views.
• Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, blender, rice cooker, etc.).
• Vibe: As I work as a lawyer in the City and my partner is often over on weekends, this is very much a "peaceful retreat" rather than a party house.
