The current tenants are two polite middle-aged gentlemen, who keep to themselves. Another male is preferred but females considered, no couples and no pets unfortunately as this is a sub-tenant/lodger arrangement.

All bills are included with the rent and discretion is essential, as to avoid noise complaints from neighbours please. There is a reduced deposit of just £400.

Proof of right to rent in the UK is also required.
