I’m moving out of this 3 bed flat in Manor House / Haringey Green Lanes, but my 2 lovely flatmates will need someone to fill my room!

7 min walk from Manor House station
3 min walk from Haringey Green Lanes overground (Suffragette line)
20 min walk from Finsbury Park
Located opposite retail park with: Aldi, huge Sainsbury’s, the gym group, TK Max, sports direct, Superdrug, etc.

Fabia (28) is a barista, and Isobel (25) works in tech. We all met on a Facebook group last year, and they’re both super tidy and friendly!

The room is in the loft with 2 big windows. It is furnished with a bed and bedside table, as well as a small clothing rail. There is a shared living room with 2 sofas, separate toilet and sink, shared bathroom with bath/shower. Kitchen with amenities provided.

Move in date of July 26th is pretty set. Will need references. Rent is £800/month with bills/wifi/council tax bringing it to about £910/month.
