2. Second bedroom with bathroom - available immediately for a summer short let. Flatmate will be back in Sept (Male, 25yr working, very chill)

Flat is fully furnished with a lovely balcony. Building has a pool, 24 hr concierge,
Sauna, steam and gym. Sainsbury Express is in the same building as well as Dear Diana cafe that has arguably the best brunch in London. There’s a Tesco Express and two gyms 5 min walk away. Manor House station is 7 mins away walking and Finsbury Park station 10 mins away by bus or train. Great transport links. Nearby are lovely reservoirs where you can go sailing and wild swimming, Castle Climbing Centre, Clissold Park and Finsbury Park (so good in summer with all the events!). Generally a great lively community to live in.
