Creative Warehouse Room Available in Manor House

A room has become available in our warehouse home at Arena Design Centre, £775 per month with all bills included.

You’d be living with 18 other people in a large shared creative house. While that sounds like a lot, we are very lucky with our big space and workshop facilieties and people have different routines, so it doesn’t feel overcrowded.

E2 Left is a unit in a community of warehouses called Arena Design Center, full of creatives and community minded people.

In E2Left we are 19 beautiful souls aged between 25 and 55 years old, mostly queer, international, respectful, fun, warm and open minded.

We are looking for people who wants to be involved in the community, responsible, clean, social, positive and proactive.

We enjoy having dinner together, watching films, going out, making crafts, playing music, etc, but we also respect our independence.

The space is amazing, we have a massive kitchen full equipped, a multifunctional gym area, big workshop, 6 sofas living room, cinema area, massive plants, 4 bathrooms, garden, parking and even swimming pool during the summer.

The space is generally fairly quiet on weekday nights, but at weekends it can be more social, with occasional parties or late-night music. There’s a balance of downtime and energy depending on what’s happening.

We’re more interested in how people live and contribute to a shared space than job titles.

We’re looking for someone 35+ years friendly, clean, and considerate who is comfortable in shared living and wants to be part of a creative environment.

The room is unfurnished.

All bills are included (electricity, gas, internet, council tax), and there is a cleaner for shared areas twice a month. We also contribute £20/month to a house kitty for shared essentials and improvements.

We have a cat, so unfortunately no additional pets.

Mutual respect, cleanliness, and communication are essential in a shared home like this.

We’ll review applications and contact people we feel may be a good match to arrange a viewing and come meet the house.

From there, we’ll invite a smaller group back for a final meet-up with current housemates before making a decision.

Viewing + meet some of the house
Final meet-up with shortlisted applicants

Viewings are informal and also a chance for us to see if the fit feels right both ways.
