Hey! We're Alice and Gonzalo, a couple in our early thirties looking for someone to share our flat with us.

The flat is in a modern building with a large balcony and access to an on-site gym and spa. Both bedrooms are en-suite, so you'd have your own bathroom — no sharing! The second room is available for £1,250/month. Bills

Flat is unfurnished, but we have big plans to make this a cosy home!

About us: I'm an engineer who works pretty long hours during the week and my partner works in wildlife conservation, mostly from home. We're both pretty active and social: we love going to the gym, dancing bachata, and we're always on the hunt for a good meal out. We're the kind of people who'll happily sit around and chat for hours or share a meal together, but also totally respect that everyone has their own life to get on with.

We're looking for someone who's friendly and enjoys the occasional sociable moment, but is also independent and takes care of the shared space. Basically someone we can actually become friends with rather than just flatmates.
