A cosy single room is available from the 25th of July in this lovely house share in Manor House Zone2. We are looking for a friendly person who is a NON SMOKER and would be able to keep the communal areas clean.

-the house is close to Tube 6-7 mins by walk, Zone 2 Manor House station (Piccadilly line)
Holborne, Russel Square, King’s Cross and Covent Garden within 20 min by Tube
-there are also great buses, 29 Trafalgar sq via Camden Town(24 hours service), 141 London Bridge, 341 Waterloo.

Fully furnished house with 1full bathroom, 1 shower room and 1 extra separate toilet. SEPARATE LIVING ROOM ... washing machine, fully equipped separate modern kitchen. Fantastic garden for great bbq's.

Fast wifi BROADBAND .

Friendly professional housemates. The house is close to the highs street shops (most of it 24 hours)but the street is quiet. Comfortable living place and safe. The popular Finsbury Park within 3 min walk. Very close to Sainsbury, Argos, Texco, Iceland and cinemas.

2 weeks deposit required in advance to secure the room for you. The deposit is refundable at the end of the stay. All bills and Council Tax and Internet and TV licence are included in the price. Minimum term of stay is 3 months. The notice is 2 weeks after the minimum term of stay has finished.
