Large double room for rent at Omega Works on Hermitage Road

Hiya folks! We’re looking for a lovely new warehouse-mate to join us in our lovely 5 bed unit located on Hermitage Road in the Manor House area.

A bit about us:

We’re currently a house of three (another room is available too but will be advertised in a separate ad shortly), each working in Film/tv, Hospitality and IT respectfully. We’re a friendly bunch who love to socialise and share the communal space whilst also being very respectful of each other’s space and energy!

Gender not an issue as it stands as we’re more focussed on getting the energy right rather than ticking boxes!

We’re NOT a party warehouse although if that’s what you’re after there’s no shortage of that in the area!

We’re looking for someone clean and respectful who wants to get involved in the shared responsibilities that come along with this kind of living whilst also enjoying what the local area has to offer in terms of community.

Preferably you’ll be in your late 20/30s (not rigid on this though for the right person so please don’t be put off getting in touch anyway)

We’ll be looking to start doing viewings next week with a move in date from the 11th of August. This may be a little flexible if you need to move slightly later but we are trying to get the room filled as quickly as possible so bare that in mind when applying 🙂

The Room is listed at £714, this does not include bills which usually total around £600pm between the 5 of us so you can expect to pay around £830pm in total.
