Huge room - cozy warehouse - all bills included

Hi! I have a huge room with loads of natural light available in the creative warehouse district of Haringey :)

Living with myself, 42 year old photographer and musician - and Arthur, 48 year old musician. The rent includes all electricity, gas, water, wifi, council tax, etc, a cleaner ever 2 weeks for the shared spaces, and a house kitty that includes toilet paper, cleaning products, tea, coffee and other shared items.

We are a lovely calm warehouse with houseplants, lots of natural light, new appliances I the kitchen, a newly decorated bathroom, and a good balance of social energy and respect for each other’s personal space. We are not a party/sesh warehouse however we are social and often go to the local bar, gigs, jams, etc and hang out together regularly.

Arthur and I have both been living in warehouse for a long time so we are well connected to the community, as well as the local area. Whatever your interests are from nightlife to sports and fitness there’s loads going on all the time and plenty of opportunities to be involved. Likewise, if you prefer to chill at home cooking/reading/ or having friends over our warehouse is tucked away in quite a private space with lots of privacy.

We have a garden space accessible through bedroom windows (no disabled access to garden unfortunately) super comfy and cozy shared living room space, central heating, filtered tap water and great water pressure in the shower!

Please note there is no desk space or studio space for artists other than in your bedroom - the main space is a shared living room space not a studio space. You’re welcome to work on creative projects in the main space so long as they don’t affect everyone else’s use of these spaces.

We all pitch in with keeping the place clean - and we are looking for someone with experience in shared living, who has a good amount of common sense and is able to communicate well and overcome any issues that might arise with minimal drama.

I enjoy going to the gym regularly, early mornings, good coffee, skateboarding, playing sports like football and basketball, movie nights, shared meals, making music and working on photography projects. Arthur is currently levelling up his bass playing skills as he is a session musician, so he spends a lot of time practicing, but it’s through his headphones so we never hear it in the rest of the house. We’re good friends with each other and share many mutual friends too so we have a lovely community vibe at the moment and want to maintain that with someone new.

Pets and couples are welcome to enquire but there may be extra fees to cover additional related expenses. Please be aware we also have local cats who often come and chill in our space too.
